Alchemy of Grief
a self-paced course for meeting grief as it actually moves—not running from it
This isn't a course about fixing grief. It's about moving closer to it — meeting it, listening to it — so you can come out the other side with a different relationship to it than the one you have now.
Grief moves in cycles, not straight lines. This course gives you real tools for working with it as it actually is: the Elemental Wheel of Grief, the difference between grief held in the heart and grief held in the womb, and practices — dream work, ritual, movement — for staying with it instead of pushing past it.
Manual + guided audio journey + soul work · self-paced
Why I made this course
As a child in a small village in Ukraine, I saw grief given a place. People gathered around the body, sat through the night and prayed. I remember an older woman throwing herself, weeping and wailing, onto the body as it was carried into the church. There was space for her to grieve.
Grief is always on our side.
In the darkest moments it feels unbearable, and we want to turn away. But the more we run, the stronger its pull becomes, until it consumes us. Like all of us, I know this from my own life: many small griefs, and the big ones, among the hardest things I've known.
Most of us were never shown how to make that space for ourselves. This course is what I've learned about doing it.
With love,
Lana

A note before you begin
Alchemy of Grief is companionship and practice, not therapy or medical treatment. Go slowly, stop whenever you need to, and skip anything that doesn't feel right. If your grief feels unmanageable, if you've lost interest in life for a long time, or if you're having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out today to your doctor, a therapist or a crisis line in your country. You don't have to carry this alone.
